Hey, I’m Justin King.
I’ve spent the past 15+ years in tech sales, primarily in the flash memory industry, driving growth and building strong relationships. I love working with cutting-edge technology and leading sales teams that make a real impact. At my core, I believe success in sales comes down to consistency, perseverance, and a genuine passion for solving customer needs.
My career started in customer service at my family’s business, which taught me early on the importance of putting customers first. Later, I studied Chinese in Dalian, China and even started an English training school at 23 in an industrial port city—an experience that sharpened my entrepreneurial mindset. After that, I moved to New York and joined a Russian media company, selling business intelligence on China and Central Asia to Wall Street analysts.
I got my start in the tech world at Transcend Information in Maryland, managing small accounts and working hard to break into the New York City photo and video retail market. Landing B&H Photo as a major client was a turning point, leading to partnerships with top retailers across NYC. Over the years, I worked my way up, eventually leading sales for Latin America, then taking on the General Manager role in Silicon Valley, where I focused on industrial memory solutions for major players in automotive, networking, and high-performance computing. Under my leadership, the team hit $20M+ in sales, securing deals with companies like Tesla, Valve, and Fortinet.
A lot of what drives me today comes from what I learned growing up working at my parents’ insurance agency in Kent Island, Maryland:

Now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’m looking for my next opportunity to grow revenue, expand market share, and help a company scale. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside—hiking, biking, rafting, climbing, and chasing my goal of riding every IMBA Epic trail in the world.
